Availability for smaller dogs

When do you walk dogs?
Dogs can be walked mid-morning, lunchtime or mid/late-afternoon.
Which area do you cover?
Currently, Beckenham, Elmers End and Penge East.
How many dogs do you walk at the same time?
Normally. up to a maximum of 4 dogs per walker.
Are you insured?
Yes, by Pet Business Insurance.
Can you take on reactive dogs?
Unfortunately, if the dog has previously shown or begins to show signs of reactivity or aggression towards dogs or humans, we won't be able to accommodate for this. We may be able to pass on details of walkers that would be able to help you. Additionally, we might be able to help if you're willing for them to use a muzzle if the aggression is only directed towards other dogs.
If you feel they need help with some of their behaviours, please seek help and advice from a behaviourialist.
Do you take on all size of dogs?
We are currently only taking on smaller dogs.
Dog handlers need to be physically capable of holding each dog back on a lead for any number of incidents that could occur, even if the dog is usually easily controlled. Therefore, if the dog is particularly strong or heavy we may not be able to cater for this.
If you look after my keys how do I know they'll be safe?
Spare keys that aren't in constant use are locked away securely for emergencies. Key tags never identify the property or dog. We also have Lost Key Cover through our insurer.
Do you hire other dog walkers?
At present we are 2 dog walkers and may look to taking on other walkers in the future.
Do you keep the dogs on a lead?
Once away from the car park or roads, dogs are taken off lead to run and burn off energy, so the dogs need to have solid recall.
Do I need to sign a service agreement?
Yes. This is to show that when you book services you agree I can enter your home, walk your dog or care for them, and that you agree to the policies and procedures.
